  • No reverse engineering, copying, or redistribution of the software

3. Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified

  • No refunds are provided for partial months of service
  • Subscription fees are subject to change with 30 days notice

4. User Responsibilities

Technical support is included with active subscriptions. Support is available during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST) via phone, email, and our customer portal.

8. Limitation of Liability

ROMAC Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the software during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the software will be discontinued, and you should export any data you wish to retain.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our software. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
